Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, only if:
- The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- A clear unboxing video from the start is provided as proof.
When Exchange Is Not Possible
In cases where the same product or variant is not available, CityGear11 will issue Store Credit of the same value, valid for future purchases.
Non-Exchangeable Items

- Products damaged due to customer handling
